Microsoft Teams Exclusive Features

1. Continue Powerpoint: If there is a Powerpoint that spans multiple sessions, this Powerpoint can be continued in the following sessions. After sharing the same Powerpoint file for the second time, you have the option to resume from where you left off.

2. Together Mode: Can bring all members in call into a scene of your choice. Some options include an auditorium and winter wonderland. In Teams, navigate to More Actions, and then Together Mode. Must have 5 or more people.

3. Background Noise Reduction: Microsoft Teams has the ability to detect background noises and suppress them. Navigate to Settings, Devices, and then Noise Suppression.

4. Live Reactions: In a meeting you can now express yourself in several different ways through live reactions. Live reactions will not appear in the chat but instead they will appear on your profile picture or camera feed if your camera is on. Using Live Reactions.

5. History Menu: Quickly jump back and forth from areas you have been to in Teams using the Back Arrow and Forward Arrow. You can either press the arrows to go 1 step back/forward or you can hover over the arrows to show a list of up to 12 unique conversations, channels, apps, activities, tabs, and files that you have recently visited. Using the back/forward arrows to revisit where you have been.

6. Grid View: While presenting a PowerPoint you have the option to easily navigate between slides using the grid view. To use the grid view you have to click on the Go to slide button as shown below (or press the G key). Once in the grid view, click on the thumbnail of any slide to navigate to it.
