MS Teams Capitalizing features for Student Engagement
In this Sprint Session, Steve Karamatos (Manager, Technology & Innovation - IT Services) explores the capabilities of MS Teams to manage live chats, do collaborative document sharing, conduct virtual sessions, schedule meetings, do presentations, and control who can join in sessions. There is a mobile app to keep you informed as well as a desktop app, rich with features. Also, you can access online with other tools in the Office 365 tool group.While not a substitute for Blackboard, MS Teams can enhance your use of Blackboard and will be available as a pilot project for the Spring/Intersession for selected instructors.

Building your Test in Blackboard: Tips for Success
Do you have an upcoming test that you want to design using Blackboard's Test tool? Are you beginning to design your assessments for the fall semester?In this Sprint Session, Lauren Sabourin (Senior LMS Project Assistant - Centre for Teaching & Learning) provides an overview of the test creation process. Participants will learn to manually create questions in Blackboard as well as use UWindsor's Blackboard Quiz Generator to import pre-existing tests into Blackboard in addition to exploring the use of random question blocks, question sets, and using pools and other tests to find questions.
